What Happens After You Get in Touch
We answer the same business day. For an active leak or storm damage we prioritize the call and can usually get someone out fast, with emergency tarping available if water is coming into the house.
For everything else we book a free inspection at a time that suits you. That visit takes about an hour. We go over the whole roofing system — shingles or tiles, flashing, underlayment, ridge vents, soffits and fascia — and photograph everything, including the parts you cannot see from the ground.
You get a written report with the photos, a plain explanation of what we found, and a prioritized list of what actually needs doing versus what can reasonably wait. If a repair is the right answer rather than a replacement, that is what the report will say. If you decide to go ahead, the quote is itemized, with no hidden costs and no pressure to sign anything on the day.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Most of the inspection happens on the roof and around the exterior. It helps if you are there at the end so we can walk you through the photos, but we can send the report through and talk it over by phone instead.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and it stays free whether or not you hire us. You get the written report and the photographs either way — they are yours, and they are useful to have on file for your insurer regardless of who does the work.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Alongside residential shingle, tile and metal roofs, we install and repair flat and low-slope commercial roofs in TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen, with drainage designed for Gulf Coast rainfall. The commercial roofing page explains the systems. When you get in touch, mention that it is a commercial property and roughly how large the roof is, so the first visit is planned around it.
Which areas do you cover?
Ten cities across Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties: Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port and Englewood on the northern side, and Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples and Lehigh Acres on the southern side. Mike Acklin runs the northern jobs and Troy Martin the southern ones, so call (941) 883-5148 for the north and (239) 453-4709 for the south.
