Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or city, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page you submitted from and the date and time.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, social security numbers, or any health information. Please do not send those through this website.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about the roofing inquiry you made, to arrange and carry out an inspection or a quote, and to keep a record of the job if you become a customer. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to other contractors or to lead-generation companies.

Calls, texts and the consent box

The form carries a consent checkbox. Ticking it is your permission for us to contact you by phone call and by text message at the number you provided, including with an automated system, about your inquiry. It is not a condition of getting a quote — you can call us instead on (941) 883-5148 and give no consent at all.

Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us so on any call or by emailing the address below.

Who else sees it

Your submission is delivered to our customer relationship management system, which is operated by a third-party provider on our behalf and is where our team works from. It is also sent to us by email. Both are used solely to respond to you.

We may share your information with a supplier, subcontractor or insurance adjuster where that is necessary to carry out the work you have asked for, and with our accountants or legal advisers where we are required to. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

Analytics and advertising

This site loads Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. Both set cookies in your browser and both record that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what kind of device it was, and which page led to it. If you submit a form, both are told that a lead event happened.

Neither is given your name, your phone number or your email address by this website. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can control Meta’s advertising cookies from within your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies in your browser stops both.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they are commercially useful and then removed. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, permit, insurance or tax purposes, which in Florida can be several years.

Asking us to delete it

Email [email protected] or call (941) 883-5148 and ask. We will remove what we are not required to keep, and tell you plainly about anything we cannot remove and why.

Children

This site is for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security, stated honestly

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are held in systems protected by access controls. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise. Do not send anything through this website that you would not want disclosed.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
